Using ClimbDeck
By using the ClimbDeck website, mobile app, or portal, you agree to use the product lawfully and in a way that does not misuse services, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access.
Policy Draft
These draft terms describe how riders, visitors, and future portal users may use ClimbDeck and what boundaries apply to a cycling product used in motion.
By using the ClimbDeck website, mobile app, or portal, you agree to use the product lawfully and in a way that does not misuse services, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access.
ClimbDeck is designed to reduce distraction while riding, but it does not replace rider judgment, road awareness, traffic law compliance, or safe equipment setup.
Riders should prepare routes, sensors, permissions, and settings before moving whenever possible.
Features may change, move, or be removed as the product develops. Known limitations should be disclosed on the Known Issues and policy pages rather than hidden behind marketing language.
Account features and Pro subscriptions are planned but not fully implemented on the current website portal track. Final billing, renewal, and deletion flows should be published before launch.
ClimbDeck branding, website copy, design, and product materials remain protected content. Third-party route files, provider tiles, and integration trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
These draft terms should be updated as store, account, subscription, and portal decisions are finalized. Continued use after an updated effective date may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
